These terms apply to every request and order placed with 75Drawss. Please read them carefully; by submitting the order form you agree to them.
These terms and conditions apply to all requests, quotes and agreements between 75Drawss and the customer relating to custom (made-to-order) products and services.
Submitting the order form is a non-binding request, not a final order. An agreement is only formed once we have confirmed your request, you have agreed to the quote and payment has been made.
Because this is custom work, we set a price per request. After you agree, you receive a payment link by email. Payment is made in advance; we only start production after the payment is received.
Our products are made to order specifically for you, based on your instructions and/or supplied material.
You warrant that you are entitled to use the supplied artwork and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties, including copyright and trademark rights. You fully indemnify 75Drawss against any third-party claims arising from the material you supply.
We do not print official logos, protected characters or trademarks. We reserve the right to refuse an order if we suspect it infringes the rights of third parties.
Delivery usually takes 14–21 days after payment is received, including both production and shipping. Shipping is sent with track & trace. Any stated time frames are indicative and not strict deadlines; we do our best to meet them.
Our products are made to order and personalised to your specifications. Under the law (Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to these custom products; once you have agreed and production has started, an order cannot be cancelled or returned free of charge.
For any non-personalised, standard products, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does apply.
Want to cancel your request? You can do so free of charge as long as we have not yet started production. If production has already started, we may charge for costs already incurred.
We stand by the quality of our work. If something is wrong with your product, contact us within a reasonable period after receipt at 75drawss@gmail.com with a description and photos, and we will work towards a solution together.
Our liability is limited to at most the invoice amount of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect damage or for damage arising from material supplied by the customer.
All agreements with 75Drawss are governed by Dutch law.
